Step 1 - Interested in Exhibiting?
We’re currently taking bookings for stands at the Stonehaven Parent and Baby Fair.
We have a limited number of stands so have decided that only one type of provider can attend at this time, this is based on a first signed up basis. So for example we will have one baby massage provider, one hypnobirthing provider. We may open up further spaces later on depending on availability. This is why the first step is to get in touch with what you provide, then we’ll check against our current exhibitor list so see if we already have this service confirmed. Spaces cost £40 and you are expected to contribute to the raffle this can be something related to your business or just relevant to parents/babies and should be £25 or more in value.
As an exhibitor there is an expectation that you will help promote the event through your social media, putting up posters, or telling your classes about Stonehaven Baby Fair, this will help make event successful for everyone.
